How to use

Get paid in 4 steps. No account. No setup. Takes about 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Fill the form

Enter the country your client is in, the invoice amount and currency, how many days overdue, and whether they’re an individual or company. The “Context” field is optional — use it to mention things like “client has acknowledged the invoice but keeps delaying” for a sharper result.

  2. 2

    Review the preview

We generate a risk level, a late-fee guidance line, three escalation emails, a short SMS, and a timeline of next steps. You’ll see the risk + late-fee unblurred, and a short teaser of the first email.

  3. 3

    Unlock with a one-time $5 payment

Click Unlock Full Recovery Kitto pay via Polar, our checkout partner. Tax is handled automatically where applicable. You’re returned to this site immediately after payment.

  4. 4

    Copy and send

Every email and the SMS has a one-click copy button. Paste into your mail client or messaging app, add your client’s name and your invoice number, and send.

Which email should I send first?

Use the Friendly reminderwithin the first 1–3 days after the due date. Only move to the Firm notice if you get no reply or a non-committal response. Reserve the Final demand for cases genuinely heading toward formal escalation.

Can I edit the messages?

Yes — they’re a starting point. Add your name, invoice number, payment link, and any specifics the AI couldn’t know. Never send a message you haven’t read end to end.

What does ‘Country’ control?

Tone and business norms, not language. Messages are written in English, but the phrasing is calibrated for Singapore, Australia, the US, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Thailand — e.g. more direct for AU/US, more face-saving for ID/TH.

Is this legal advice?

No. The tool helps you write professional, pressure-appropriate messages. For material amounts or complex disputes, consult a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

What if I close the tab before unlocking?

The preview is stored in your browser for 1 hour. If you close the tab or wait past the hour, just start over — you haven’t been charged.

Do you store my invoice data?

No. The server processes each request and returns the result without saving it. The only copy lives in your browser’s local storage, and expires after 1 hour.
